A blue outer cover with gold writing. Within is Blanche Moody's diploma signed by Donald A. Rothchild, the principle of the high school and Robert G. Buzzard, president of the University. It was award in 1942.

Felt “A” is yellow with a black outline. An image of a black megaphone is located in the center of the “A.” A piece of fabric was sewn onto the back of the patch that states, “Cleve Alexander Sporting Goods Danville, ILLS.”
